At Dune & Drape, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we work with limited-edition collections, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Refund Policy Refunds are eligible only if you raise a query within 3 days of delivery. You must first contact us via WhatsApp or Email with: Order ID Reason for refund Clear photo/video proof of the issue Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, you must ship the product back to us. Once inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are not applicable if: Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer. Tags or original packaging are missing. Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences). Wrong size ordered by customer (unless we sent the incorrect size).
   
   
2.  Return & Exchange Policy We offer exchange only under the following conditions: Wrong size delivered. Wrong product delivered. Product damaged/defective on arrival. Conditions: You must raise your request within 3 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact. Exchange depends on stock availability. If unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
   
   
3.  Shipping Costs If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping. If the issue is from the customer’s side (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
